Cop killer will continue to rot for 1978 murder of NYPD officer

The New York State Parole Board released its decision Wednesday, ensuring that 57-year-old Pablo Costello would stay in the Green Haven Correctional Facility in Dutchess County until at least Aug. 2015 for the murder of Officer David Guttenberg in 1978.
