Rocker Hall to join Rock Hall

Dutchess County business owner and former resident Daryl Hall will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April, the same month he is planning to open a nightclub and restaurant in the Pawling building that formerly housed the Towne Crier Cafe.
