Illegal alien is sentenced to only four years for raping a 13-year-old girl
On Nov. 16, Juan Carlos Amigon, 26, pleaded guilty in Dutchess County Court to second-degree rape, and was sentenced by Judge Stephen L. Greller to four years in state prison.
