City man arraigned on new indictment in connection with death of 99-year-old Fannie Gumbinger
The City of Poughkeepsie man accused of the murder of 99-year-old City of Poughkeepsie resident Fannie Gumbinger was arraigned on a new 11-count indictment this morning in Dutchess County Court.
