After guilty plea, appeal, retrial man to be sentenced in 2011 assault
A New Paltz man is awaiting sentencing in Dutchess County after being convicted of stabbing a co-worker at St. Francis Hospital in 2011, the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office said.
