Police Seeks Public's Help In Search For Rape Suspect, 35

New York State Police are asking for the public's assistance in finding a Dutchess County resident who is wanted on charges of rape, according to officials. Michael A. Winchcombe, 35, was charged with first-degree rape after allegedly forcing himself on a 16-year-old victim.
