The Sullivan County Sheriff's Office activated the New York State AMBER Alert at 10:48 p.m. yesterday for Zone 10, which includes Putnam and Dutchess counties. Police are investigating a child abduction that occurred on Dom Drive , in Monticello, NY at about 6 PM March 18. The woman, Tina Esquilin, is a Hispanic female, approximately 27 years old with black hair and brown eyes.
