Upstate New York rail trail gets a new section

The paved addition extends the trail 1.2 miles - from the entrance of Taconic State Park in Copake Falls north to Orphan Farm Road - and brings the total length of trail in Columbia County to over five miles. It's the first new section of the trail constructed since 2005.
