Officials: Dutchess man dies of Legionnaires' contracted at Castle Point VA facility

An 80-year-old Dutchess County man is dead after contracting Legionnaires' disease at the Castle Point campus of the Veterans Affairs' Hudson Valley Health Care System, county officials said.
