VA hospital patient dies of Legionnaires'

Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney called for an investigation Tuesday into the death of an 80-year-old Dutchess County man from Legionnaires' disease contracted at the Castle Point veterans center in May. Maloney, D-Cold Spring, said immediate steps need to be taken to ensure veterans and their families and quality health care.
