Dutchess County boy, 15, accused of trying to kill girl, 7, after forcing her into sex act

A 15-year-old Dutchess County boy has been arrested after he forced a 7-year-old girl to perform a sex act on him and then started a fire in an attempt to kill her in New York's Hudson Valley, police said.
