Former insurance agent sentenced for stealing $300,000 from elderly couple

POUGHKEEPSIE A former Saratoga County insurance agent who defrauded an elderly Dutchess County couple of more than $300,000 over an eight-year period, was sentenced in Dutchess County Court on Tuesday to two to six years in state prison.
