Police: Sex offender charged with felony for allegedly failing to change address

... the Town of Poughkeepsie police, authorities said. He was arraigned before Judge Paul Sullivan and sent to Dutchess County Jail without bail. He is due back in Town of Poughkeepsie Court on Nov. 25.
