Man convicted for Valentine's Day strangulation, police assault, more

A Wappingers Falls man was convicted today of multiple felony charges, stemming from a string of domestic violence incidents, a high speed chase, burglary and assault on a police officer, said Senior Assistant Dutchess County District Attorney Marjorie Smith.
