Rally: Show jobs or repay breaks

Dutchess County residents, business owners and politicians said they have a message for IBM Corp. and other companies that receive tax breaks totaling billions of public dollars annually from state and local governments: Show us the jobs and the data or give back the taxpayer dollars.
