Safety concerns lead to speed reduction on Newburgh-Beacon bridge

The speed limit has been reduced to 45 mph on the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge and state police are stepping up enforcement in the construction zone as the Hudson River span undergoes a $93 million re-decking project.
