Coming Saturday: EPA says 3 local water systems are "serious violators"

Three public water systems in Dutchess County operated by a Town of East Fishkill firm have been designated as "serious violators" by the Environmental Protection Agency, an exclusive Poughkeepsie Journal investigation has found.
