Hudson River HealthCare , a Nonprofit, federally qualified health care system offering a range of medical services for underserved communities throughout the Hudson Valley, held their annual Three Kings Day celebration in Beacon last Sunday. The free event, supported by the NY State Council on the Arts, the Dutchess County Arts Council's Folk Arts Program and Hudson Health Plan, included traditional celebratory practices from multiple Latin American and Caribbean countries.
