Hudson Valley Heart Center Chief offers health tips at DCRCOC contact breakfast

Nearly 200 members and guests of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce attended this morning's 638th monthly contact breakfast, where they heard Dr. Daniel O'Dea, Chief of Cardiology at the Hudson Valley Heart Center, discuss how to maintain healthy heart habits.
