Newburgh man charged in 2013 Rhinebeck burglary

... degree burglary, a felony. He was arraigned before Village of Red Hook Justice Jonah Triebwasser and sent to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Rhinebeck Court on Thursday.
