Season's bounty: You'll surely like them apples

Credit the fabulous weather. It's a banner year for apples. The nearly 700 apple growers in New York state expect they'll be picking 32 million bushels of apples by November, up from an average of 29.5 million, and nearly double last year's harvest, which was devastated by an early frost.
