State budget deal could bring relief to energy tax

As part of $138 billion state budget for the 2014-15 fiscal year announced early Saturday, there is apparently some relief for Dutchess County in the budget, according to state Sen. Greg Ball, R-Patterson, County Executive Marc Molinaro and Assemblywoman Didi Barrett, D-Hudson.
