Strong storms likely to reach us by the end of the workday

A cell of storms should reach Orange County from the south by around 4 p.m. The strongest thunderstorms, anchored by heavy rain, should be felt around 6 p.m. and may last for up to an hour. The cells will move north by northeast toward Ulster and Dutchess counties.
