Girls basketball: Heavyweights Beacon, Lourdes square off in rematch tonight

The Beacon High School Bulldogs host Our Lady of Lourdes in a rematch of top Dutchess County girls basketball teams and Section 1 Conference I League A title hopefuls at 6 p.m. In their first meeting on Jan. 11, the Bulldogs defeated the Warriors 52-49 to give the hosts their first league loss of the season.
