Cornell University can appeal $212,000 ruling in equine case

The university found responsible for destroying more than $212,000 worth of semen collected from a Stanfordville businesswoman's horse has less than two weeks to file motions to persuade a Dutchess County Supreme Court judge to overturn a jury's decision, the plaintiff's attorney says.
