Medical examiner describes toddler's fatal injuries

Mason Decosmo's tiny 2-year-old body was struck with such a violent blow that he suffered not only liver damage, but his pancreas was torn in two, resulting in internal bleeding, according to Dutchess County's chief medical examiner Dennis Chute.
