Measles Case on Upstate Train

A person with measles rode Amtrak train #283 which left Penn Station at 1:20 p.m. last Sunday, January 25 and traveled to Albany and then onto Niagara Falls. The New York State Health Department says the case was found at Bard College in Dutchess County but since he was on the train, people on that train may have been exposed.
