WHITE PLAINS The wrongfully convicted boxer who trained kids at the Newburgh Armory Unity Center and Newburgh Boxing Club after being released from prison has agreed to settle a lawsuit against Dutchess County. Dewey Bozella, 55, and Dutchess County agreed to settle Bozella's $26 million suit for an undisclosed sum on Monday, the day a federal jury trial was to begin in White Plains.
