Senate Republican Leader Dean Skelos offered up some rare public criticism of Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Saturday, suggesting Cuomo is "out of touch" for endorsing three Democrats in key state Senate districts. Cuomo backed Democrats in three districts that could help decide the balance of power in the Senate: Sens. Terry Gipson, D-Rhinebeck, Dutchess County; and Cecilia Tkaczyk, D-Duanesburg, Schenectady County; as well as Croton attorney Justin Wagner.
