State police nabbed one in a traffic stop and the second after an intense search in Washington Heights early this morning. New York State Police have arrested two Yonkers residents in connection with the March 24 armed robbery at the Mobil station in Cortlandt-and say the two are implicated in other armed robberies in Rockland and Dutchess counties, as well as in Connecticut.
