Upstate NY man, woman fighting in roadway hit by car, killing him

An Upstate New York man was killed and a woman was critically injured when they were struck by a vehicle as they fought in a roadway, police say. Dead is Kenneth J. Seiferheld, 66, of Pleasant Valley in Dutchess County.
