Maybellea s open in Catskill

Maybelle's, a restaurant serving refined comfort in the village of Catskill, opened last week after months of development in a space on Main Street that was made available with the promise of a year's free rent to a qualified operator. The co-owners are Jamie Parry, who owns a farm-to-table restaurant called Another Fork in the Road in Milan, Dutchess County, and Mathew Smallwood, who had run the kitchen at Another Fork.
