New York State Police charged a Dutchess County woman with driving while intoxicated, after she was stopped on Interstate 684 in Bedford on Sunday, Nov. 2, officials said. Jessica L. Mueller, 25, was pulled over for allegedly driving 96 mph in a 65 mph zone.
