United Realtya s Frydman mired in suits over upstate NY home

United Realty Trust CEO Jacob Frydman was hit with lawsuits for allegedly failing to pay multiple contractors who worked on his Ledgerock estate in Dutchess County's Hyde Park. Frydman has also countersued the contractors over the small amount he was billed.
