Yonkers Woman Uses Sister's Name To Avoid DWI, Police Say

A Yonkers woman allegedly attempted to use her sister's name in an effort to avoid getting arrested for driving while intoxicated in Dutchess County on Saturday, Nov. 22, according to officials. Mercedes Castro, 43, allegedly struck a sign on Route 9 in Wappingers Falls.
