Police in the Hudson Valley say a 50-year-old man with six previous convictions for drunken driving has been arrested again on alcohol-related charges. The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office says Patrick McCarthy of Poughkeepsie was stopped by deputies around 12:45 a.m. Sunday for failing to dim his high beams while driving on Route 55 in the town of LaGrange.
