Authorities say a former Hudson Valley town comptroller already facing prison time for stealing nearly $400,000 from taxpayers will be charged with pilfering another $150,000 while still on the job. Dutchess County prosecutors tell the Poughkeepsie Journal that Fred Knapp is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday on an added count of grand larceny.
