New York State buys land to expand upstate park

Seen here is a barge cruising under the Walkway Over the Hudson bridge in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. The state has bought a half-acre near the park and is exploring ways to use it. The state has purchased a half-acre parcel next to the Walkway Over the Hudson State Park and will look into potential uses for the site.
