NY deputy hurt checking out trespassing report

Police say they're looking for several people who injured a sheriff's deputy checking out a report of trespassers at a former psychiatric center in eastern New York. The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded around 11 a.m. Wednesday to a report of people trespassing at the former Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center in the hamlet of Wingdale, near the Connecticut border 70 miles north of New York City.
